I thank the MRF for making a historical decision for Europe and for North Macedonia paving the way to a decision supporting the opening of accession negotiations with North Macedonia in urgent procedure at the Parliament in Bulgaria so Europe can move forward, the EU Commissioner for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Oliver Varhelyi twitted in a quick response to the MRF submitting the French proposal to Bulgaria’s National Assembly.
