MRF with a firm position – Russian ambassador Mitrofanova should not be invited to the opening of the 48th National Assembly

The Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) has a firm position that the ambassador of the Russian Federation, Eleonora Mitrofanova, should not be invited to the opening of the 48th National Assembly. This was announced by MRF deputy chairman Stanislav Anastasov, after consultations were held in parliament among representatives of the seven political forces in the National Assembly. The meeting was at the request of Democratic Bulgaria.

This is a decision of the European External Action Service made after the aggression of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, Anastasov specified.

MRF deputy chairman Ahmed Ahmedov and Liberal International vice president Hamid Hamid also took part in the consultations.

There is no place for Mrs. Mitrofanova at the meeting for the start of the new parliament, Hamid Hamid said.
